Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MyAutoContent, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
MyAutoContent may provide Facebook Page connection, content creation and management, scheduling, automated publishing, post status and history, and related content-automation functionality. Features may change over time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, safeguarding your account, all activity under your account, using the service only as authorized, and maintaining access to connected Facebook assets. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.
4. Facebook and Meta Authorization
You may connect only Pages and business assets that you are authorized to manage. MyAutoContent acts only within permissions you grant. Meta may change its APIs, permissions, policies, review requirements, or service availability. Connectivity may stop if a token expires, permission is revoked, an asset becomes inaccessible, or Meta changes or disables functionality. MyAutoContent is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta unless expressly stated.
5. Content Responsibility
You remain responsible for captions, images, media, and posts submitted, generated, scheduled, or published through your account. You must review content as appropriate and have all rights and permissions necessary to use and publish it. You retain ownership of your content.
6. Prohibited Use
You must not use MyAutoContent for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, impersonation, infringement of copyright or trademark rights, malware, unauthorized access, abuse of Facebook or Meta APIs, circumvention of service limits or security controls, or content that violates applicable laws or platform rules.
7. Automated Publishing
Scheduled publishing depends on system availability, internet connectivity, valid authorization, and Meta API availability. A post may fail because of expired credentials, revoked or changed permissions, Meta outages or limits, rejected content, deleted or inaccessible Pages, or other technical errors. You should review publishing status where appropriate. Scheduled times are targets and are not guaranteed.
8. Third-Party Services
Facebook, Meta, payment processors, and other integrated providers are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, decisions, content, or changes.
9. Fees and Subscriptions
Free or paid plans may apply. Available features, limits, billing periods, and prices are shown before purchase and may change for future billing periods as permitted by law. You authorize applicable charges when purchasing a paid plan and are responsible for applicable taxes.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription using available account or billing controls. Cancellation normally affects future renewals; access to paid features may continue until the end of the applicable paid period unless otherwise shown at cancellation or required by law.
11. Intellectual Property
MyAutoContent retains rights in its software, interface, branding, documentation, and service technology. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. You retain rights in content you lawfully provide.
12. Privacy and Data Deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices. Instructions for requesting deletion are on the User Data Deletion page.
13. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular business outcomes, or that generated content will be error-free or suitable for every purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyAutoContent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify MyAutoContent against claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of abuse, security risk, legal requirements, unpaid applicable fees, or violations of these Terms or platform policies. You may stop using the service at any time.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
