User Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of eligible information associated with your MyAutoContent account and Facebook connection using the options below.

Option A — Disconnect Facebook

If a disconnect option is available in your MyAutoContent account, you may use it to revoke the connection. Disconnecting stops MyAutoContent from using that connection for future authorized Page actions after the change is processed. Content already published on Facebook is not automatically removed.

Option B — Remove MyAutoContent From Facebook

1. Log in to Facebook.
2. Open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
3. Find Business Integrations, Apps and Websites, or the relevant Meta integration-management area.
4. Find MyAutoContent and remove or revoke its access.

Meta may change the names and locations of these controls. Consult Meta’s current help resources if the options differ.

Option C — Request Account or Data Deletion

Email support@myautocontent.com with the subject MyAutoContent Data Deletion Request. Include enough information to identify your account, such as the account email address. Do not send passwords, access tokens, API keys, or other credentials. We may require reasonable identity verification before processing the request.

What May Be Deleted

Subject to applicable requirements, deletion may include account profile data, Facebook connection records, stored Facebook Page IDs and names, credentials associated with the connection, scheduled posts, uploaded content and media, and publishing history where deletion is permitted.

What May Be Retained

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud or security prevention, dispute resolution, billing or accounting, enforcement of agreements, and normal protected backup cycles. Retained information will remain subject to appropriate safeguards and will not be kept longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Facebook Data

Revoking the Facebook integration stops future authorized access through that connection after revocation is recognized. To request deletion of information stored directly by Meta or Facebook, use Meta’s account and privacy controls; MyAutoContent cannot delete data controlled solely by Meta.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
